What we do
A room for every kind of night
Star Bar hosts private functions, corporate events and conferences at 113 Charles Street, Launceston. The venue has function and conference facilities, a rooftop bar available for private hire, an on-site kitchen for catering, and boutique rooms upstairs for guests who would rather not drive home.
The advantage of a building this old in the middle of a city this walkable is that nobody has an excuse. Everyone can get here, everyone can get home, and the ones who cannot can go upstairs.
We do the whole thing in house: the room, the bar, the food and the music. One phone call, one venue, one bill.
Wakes and farewells
A quiet, dignified room, food handled, bar handled, and nobody rushing you out. We have done a lot of these, and we do them well.
Conferences and launches
